2. Orders
By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an issue with payment, availability, or suspected misuse.
3. Payments
All prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before an order is processed unless we state otherwise. If a payment fails or is reversed, we may cancel the order.
4. Photography Prints
All prints are produced for personal use only unless we agree otherwise in writing. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, paper type, and printing processes. You are responsible for reviewing image selections, print sizes, and shipping details before completing your purchase.
5. Production and Shipping
Prints are made after an order is placed and may require production time before shipping. Delivery dates are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.
6. Returns and Refunds
Because prints are custom-made, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. If there is a problem with your order, contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or other resolution at our discretion.
7. Copyright and Ownership
All images, designs, text, logos, and other content on our website remain the property of Perspective Photography, LLC or its licensors. Purchasing a print does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. You may not copy, scan, reproduce, resell, or distribute our work without written permission.
8. Client Use of Images
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, purchased prints and images are for personal display only. Commercial use, editing, sublicensing, or resale of our images is prohibited without prior written consent.
9. Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its security or operation, or attempt unauthorized access to any part of it. We may suspend or restrict access if we believe these Terms have been violated.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Perspective Photography, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website, products, or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order will not exceed the amount paid for that order.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the laws of Washington State, where our business is registered.
